Joanne Hilferty was a long-time client of HRSI. She served as the Director of Patient Accounting for a major not-for-profit health system in Philadelphia and its western suburbs. Hilferty talks about the friendly personality and high standard of integrity employed by HRSI President, Linda Wallace. She also discusses the benefits of having an HRSI site manager, high conversion rates, and their longstanding relationships with County Assistant offices. “So their connections are all intertwined with their daily operations. You don’t have that in your facility, so why take the time to train your staff when you know you have vendors who are able to do this and do it very well.”
Doug Smith was a Vice President for Patient Financial Services for one of the largest health care systems in the greater Philadelphia area. After working with the same vendor for several years, Smith made a critical decision to shift to HRSI. From the onset, Smith was pleased with the personal attention and care delivered by Linda Wallace and Kim Raftery. HRSI customized its processes and it quickly paid dividends, improving conversion rates and reducing cycle time. Upon reflection of hiring HRSI to replace the prior vendor, Smith said, “My boss years later told me it was the best decision I ever made in the company. That’s saying a lot. I was with the company for 35 years.”
Calling HRSI Home
“To surround myself with intelligent people, who support our customer service mission and allow me to have a voice, is the primary reason I continue working with this tremendous organization.
“While my goal is always to achieve the highest results for our clients, my greatest accomplishments are through the work we do with patients to ensure they have continued health coverage.”
