General description of your role at HRSI:

Kimberley Raftery, began her career with HRSI in 1993 upon graduating Magna Cum Laude from Cabrini University with a Bachelor of English/Communications.  With over twenty-five years of experience at HRSI, Kim currently serves as Vice President of Client Development. She is responsible for client relations and program implementation, as well as initiating and selling new programs for healthcare clients.  Kim continues to support HFMA and AAHAM, and has held roles such as Chapter Excellence Chair as well as Keystone Board Secretary over the past ten years.

What you like most about working at HRSI:  “Over the years, my responsibilities and positions have changed, but the wonderful people I have had the opportunity to work and grow with have stayed the same. That is one of the greatest things about my job at HRSI. To surround myself with intelligent people, who support our customer service mission and allow me to have a voice, is the primary reason I continue working with this organization.
